By using this website or registering for any Longevity Business School ("the School") program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the website
Content on the website introduces the School, its programs and services. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but cohort dates, fees and content may change, and what your program advisor confirms at booking applies.
2. Registration and booking
- Submitting the registration form is a provisional booking request. A seat is confirmed only after a program advisor contacts you and the fees or first installment are paid.
- Participants must provide accurate details and write their name as it should appear on the certificate. The School is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details.
- Seats in each cohort are limited, and priority goes to whoever confirms and pays first.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on each program page by study format. They can be paid in full or in two installments under the cancellation, refund and installment policy. Discounts and offers are subject to their own conditions and validity, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Attendance and certificate
- The accredited certificate is awarded to participants who meet the program's attendance, assignment and assessment requirements.
- The certificate carries a QR code for verification on the website of Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority. See the certificate verification page.
- In online programs, participants are expected to attend live sessions; watching recordings alone does not replace attendance unless agreed otherwise.
5. Training materials and intellectual property
All training materials, kits, templates, recordings and website content belong to or are licensed to the School. Participants may use them for their own learning and work, but may not copy, republish, sell or use them to train others without prior written permission.
6. Changes to dates, expert or delivery
The School may change a cohort date, expert or venue, or move a session online when necessary, informing participants as early as possible and keeping the same level of content. Participants' rights in such cases are set out in the cancellation and refund policy.
7. Conduct during the program
Participants must respect the expert, fellow participants and the confidentiality of cases and data discussed. The School may suspend the participation of anyone who breaches this after a warning.
8. Corporate and consulting services
Corporate programs and consulting services are governed by the contract or approved proposal between the School and the client, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
9. Limitation of liability
The School delivers training and consulting according to professional best practice, but results depend on each organization's circumstances and implementation. The School is not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions based on its content, and its liability shall in no case exceed the fees paid for the program concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably before referring it to the competent authorities.
