1. Paying in two installments
You can pay the fees for any individual program in two installments:
- First installment at booking: to confirm your seat in the cohort you chose.
- Second installment at the start of the program: paid before or on the day of the first session.
Your program advisor will confirm the amount of each installment and the available payment methods when confirming your booking. A seat is confirmed only once the first installment is paid.
2. Early-bird discount
Early-bird discounts are available on a number of programs and cohorts. The discount applies when you confirm your booking and pay the first installment within the offer period, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
3. Cancellation by the participant
- Fourteen days or more before the start: full refund of the amount paid, or a free transfer to a later cohort.
- Seven to thirteen days before the start: refund of fifty percent of the amount paid, or a free transfer to a later cohort.
- Less than seven days before the start, or after the program begins: no refund; the booking can be transferred once to a later cohort within six months.
4. Sending a colleague instead
If you cannot attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend the same cohort in your place at no extra cost, provided you send us their details before the program starts. The certificate is issued in their name.
5. Cancellation or postponement by the School
If the School cancels or postpones a cohort for any reason, you may choose between a full refund of the amount paid, or transferring your booking to the new date or to another program of the same value.
6. How and when refunds are paid
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp, and timing is counted from the date we receive the request. Refunds are paid by the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval. The School does not cover bank transfer fees or currency differences charged by banks.
7. Corporate programs
Corporate programs and consulting services follow the cancellation and payment terms in the contract or approved proposal with the client.
