A business school for people who actually manage
Longevity Business School for Professional Training and Development: specialized in training business leaders and developing governance and decision-making in organizations.
We started with a simple question: why doesn't training change anything?
We noticed that the gap in Arab management training isn't the trainer, it's the content: generic, translated material that doesn't speak to people running organizations in our reality.
So we decided to build our own content, starting from the questions managers actually ask, and to measure the impact of every program on the job.
From a business model workshop · CairoOrganizations that trusted us
From shipping and contracting to restaurants and luxury retail, in Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Four principles that guide our work
Diagnosis before solution
We don't propose a program before we understand the problem.
Depth before breadth
Less, deeper content beats a lot of shallow content.
Application is the measure
What isn't applied at work doesn't count.
Transparent results
We measure impact and share it with management as it is.
