What's the difference between attending online and in person?
The content, expert and certificate are the same in both. Online is a live interactive broadcast where you take part in discussions and exercises, with session recordings available.
Do I need prior experience?
The program is designed for intermediate and advanced practitioners and starts from real workplace challenges, not theoretical definitions.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can pay in two installments: the first at booking to confirm your seat, and the second when the program starts. Installment details
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel with a full refund fourteen days or more before the start, transfer your booking to a later cohort, or send a colleague in your place. Full policy
